The Refurbishment of the Old Holme Hill School in Grimsby, which is no longer in-use and is a Grade 2 Listed Building with a famous Clock Tower. The project is being run in different phases with both the Heritage Architectural Technologist and Building Surveying Team leading the the projects. I am currently assisting the Lead Building Surveyor to complete 'Existing' Elevations of the interiors of the rooms, in order to apply for planning permission.
